ASD has been helping men and women of all ages learn to defend themselves while getting in shape and having a great time, since 2002. Come join us for a class and find out just how much you can learn and how much fun you can have!
Our training systems include a well established curriculum based on live exercises and simulations. We believe that only a wise combination of strategy and tactical learning, with extensive and realistic training, can offer professional and practical solutions in modern high stress situations.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Women & Men from all ages and background train at our facility. We NEVER have women partner with men. It will be at the women's request that she partners with a man. Private training is also available if a class environment or class schedules do not fit your desires.
Ages range from 13 - 73 with the highest percentage of our members in their 30's-40's. Are classes are tailored so anybody, regardless of background or athletic ability, can blend right in with no problem.
